The Council of the Wise
Operations of the Whole Earth Telescope are coordinated by a governing
committee. This committee is made up of several members of the WET
community and is called the Council of the Wise (or CoW for short
).
The CoW consists of
the directors, two permamnent members and several other elected members.
Among the elected members is the King CoW who,
in the case of deadlock, is given two votes at all meetings.
