Upgrade Teams for the next WET

In the workshop session after the White Dwarf Workshop in Kiel, on 23-24 July 2004, we formed a set of action teams to explore various upgrade paths for the future of the Whole Earth Telescope. The membership of those teams is being established, but coordinators and some members are already set. As per my memory of the sessions, here is a start at those:
